Fire Pits and Garden Features want our customers to be happy and that is why we offer a 30-day promise. If you are not completely satisfied with the product and it is still in original condition with packaging it came with we will refund the full amount.
In the unlikely event your item has failed in any way we will replace the item with an identical item. If one is unavailable we will return the full amount if a suitable replacement is not found, we will also cover the delivery of replacement item and collection of faulty item.
The money back offer begins once the goods have been delivered and signed for.
If you have a change of heart and have not used the product we have a 15% restocking fee and you will have to cover delivery costs.
All delivery charges are non-refundable unless a product failure has occurred.
Once we receive payment and confirm the item is in stock we will ship your goods within5 business days, if you need your item sooner please phone us to arrange alternative arrangement we will try to help when possible.
When purchasing on public holidays and weekends allow extra delivery time please.
Due to the heavy nature of our products a tail lift vehicle is often used, this does incur a slightly higher delivery charge but we appreciate our sub-contractors and ensure they go home in the same condition they started work.
You will be advised a delivery date and estimated time, if you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery there may be additional costs.
Please be aware the delivery time may vary from areas outside of the metro areas so please allow a few extra days for delivery.
